Who can apply to sell on zoramax?
Independent sellers, established brands, wholesalers, manufacturers, artisans, and other legitimate businesses may apply. Product eligibility and seller approval remain subject to marketplace policies.
How does the 5% commission work?
zoramax charges a 5% marketplace commission on each completed sale, so 95% remains with the seller before any separately applicable payment-processing costs, taxes, shipping, refunds, or other agreed charges.
Is there a monthly seller fee?
The seller offer shown on this page has no monthly marketplace subscription fee. Review the current vendor terms before applying because optional services or third-party costs may be separate.
What information should I prepare?
Prepare your contact details, store or business name, business type, product categories, expected catalog size, sourcing method, storage information, and shipping approach. Tax or identity information may be requested during secure account verification.
How long does seller review take?
Review time depends on the application and whether additional documents are needed. The vendor team will contact the email or phone number provided in the application with the next step.
When can I add products?
After your seller account is approved and store setup is available, use the Seller Workspace to create listings, upload product images, set inventory and prices, and manage orders.
Who handles shipping and returns?
The seller normally manages inventory, packaging, shipping, tracking, and returns according to zoramax policies and the shipping promises shown to customers. Your specific responsibilities are defined in the vendor terms.
When will I create my account password?
After reviewing your application, the zoramax team will provide secure account-setup instructions. This application does not ask for or email your password.
