Seller applications and accounts
New sellers can review the full terms before applying. Seller tools become available only after zoramax approves an account.
Products and safety
Check every item against the Vendor Policy. Stolen, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe and otherwise prohibited products may not be listed.

Describe the item, condition, images, included parts and price accurately. Keep inventory and product claims current.
Orders and delivery
Accept orders you can fulfill, package items safely, follow the handling time shown to customers and share tracking when available.
Returns and customer care
Answer buyer questions professionally and resolve cancellations, damaged items, returns and refunds through the marketplace.
Commission and payouts
The seller terms state a 5% commission on eligible completed sales, with a 95% seller share before applicable adjustments.
Data and fair conduct
